A dusting of anise and cedar box on the nose, combined with a light note of honey, comes from the earthy characteristics of the Mourvedre. The dominant profile of the Syrah adds black raspberry fruit to the taste, with a touch of milk chocolate on the finish. The Grenache has bright Bing cherries and helps lower the tannins to create a smooth, easy drinking wine that pairs perfectly with smoked barbeque, pork, burgers and lamb dishes. 74% Syrah, 18% Grenache, 8% Mourvedre.
